What do you charge to service an appliance?To service an appliance, an inspection fee of $85.00 is applicable. If nothing major is found to be faulty, seals or service parts are changed and charged in addition.

What do you charge to repair an appliance?To repair an appliance, an inspection fee of $85.00 is applicable. If anything is found to be faulty, our skilled Technician will write up and email a report along with a quote for the repair. The quote can be accepted or declined.

Why is an inspection fee neccessary?Our skilled Technicians perform the inspection before services or repairs. In this process, they open the machine up and test all the Electrical components to ensure that they are safe and operational. They then check the function of the machine and write up a report and/or quote with their findings.

Is the inspection fee subtracted from the total repair cost?No, the inspection fee stands on its own. It covers the time that our skilled Technicians spend to open the machine up and test it. The repair cost is an additional cost that covers the actual repair time and parts used.
